How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account using the email address you used to purchase your order.

2. Locate your order details and request return for the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Crediting Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your store credits within 7 business days.
