General Return Period

We accept returns for store credits on items purchased from Playhaus Costumes LLC within 30 days of the date of delivery. Store credits never expire.

Free Returns in the US

We value your satisfaction, and to provide you with a hassle-free experience, we offer free returns for items returned within the general return period. You can return eligible items without incurring any return shipping charges.

International Returns

You are responsible for your return shipping fees. Please submit a return request in your account portal. Once approved, you may return the item with the choice of your carrier.

Return Eligibility

For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached to the item.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery.
